Great post Doug and congratulations on the rebranding to Intelligent Alpha which I also find more purpose built when powering these strategies with AI. I also like the work Thematic is doing and have high hopes for them. If I am in the indexing business and this accounts for a big piece of my P&L, I would be all over companies like Thematic and others such MerQube which together are dis-intermediating them. Interestingly enough, the stock prices of companies like S&P Global, to cite one, have not been impacted by these developments nor their investors are challenging the leadership teams on their plans to adapt...
